2. Coaching Services

AMCoaching provides professional business and leadership coaching services. Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process designed to support clarity, growth, and decision-making.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching is not consulting, therapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice
  • You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes
  • No guarantees are made regarding specific results or outcomes

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or engage our services.

4. Bookings, Fees & Payments

  • Coaching fees will be clearly communicated prior to engagement
  • Payment terms (including upfront payment or packages) will be outlined in your coaching agreement or invoice
  • All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session
  • Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, frameworks, worksheets, and materials, is the intellectual property of AMCoaching unless stated otherwise.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

AMCoaching respects client confidentiality and will not disclose personal information or coaching discussions except:

  • Where required by law
  • Where there is a serious risk of harm
  • With your explicit consent
